JOB DESCRIPTION:
creattes acquisition documentation derived from Analysis of Alternatives to support USAF Air Staff and Pentagon Joint Staff reviews up to and including a JROC.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Determines appropriate format and content for material to support JROC, FRB’s, senior working groups and other US Govt directed panels and reviews.
? Prepares necessary staff packages and coordinates senior-level reviews of reconnaissance aircraft programs.
? Prepares rough order of magnitude cost estimates.
? Develops measures of effectiveness to objectively evaluate AoA’s
? Completes AoA’s based on engineering analysis, cost estimates, modeling and simulation results.
? Tracks and manages action items from senior level reviews.
? Prepares and presents briefing material to senior DoD officials.
? Reviews and analyzes existing AoA’s.
EDUCATION:
BA or BS.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
? Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
? >10 yrs DoD acquisition experience.
? Knowledge of JCIDS process.
? Knowledge of JROC process.
? Experience developing cost effectiveness studies.
? Must posses or be able to a Secret level clearance
DESIRED SKILLS:
? Joint Staff/JROC experience
? TSC/SCI clearance
